I’ve always had an interest in food writing, so I produced this feature as a summer internship project with Inside Columbia before I came on staff there. “Adventure dining” meant breaking people out of their dining-out routines and helping them find some of the new, exciting, exotic and occasionally downright strange eateries in Columbia.
